Will Carpenter is a Patriot, who began serving his country at age 17. Beginning with the U.S. Naval Reserves, he went on to be a Captain in the U.S. Army, serving active duty in Korea, and his dedication to his country was solidified by his many years of participation in the creation of the Chemical Weapon’s Treaty. As the first representative from the Chemical Manufacturer’s Association, he remained diligent in his service to that process throughout the development, the signing and the ratification of the treaty.
